（一）教师信息

王光明（1986.03-），男，中共党员，南京农业大学工学博士，博士后，山东农业大学副教授。IEEE会员，加拿大机械工程学会会员，中国农业机械学会拖拉机分会委员，中国农业机械学会高级会员，中国汽车工程学会会员，国家级学术期刊《拖拉机与农用运输车》编委。曾担任枣庄市台儿庄区泥沟镇科技副镇长，现为枣庄市委决策智库成员。主讲国家级精品课《农业机械学》等本科生课程和《高等农业机械学》等研究生课程。

主要研究方向为大型和重型拖拉机先进传动技术。攻读博士学位期间，承担了我国首台轮式拖拉机液压机械无级变速箱试验样机的测控系统开发与理论研究工作，是我国较早开展无级变速拖拉机试验研究的科研人员之一。15年间，先后主持和参与试制5代拖拉机无级变速箱样机，涉及Simpson在内共计4种构型；在国内外率先对拖拉机动力换段/挡系统的智能故障诊断问题开展研究，持有本领域截至目前最大规模故障数据集。

近年来，承担国家重点研发计划、山东省重点研发计划、山东省自然科学基金等国家级、省部级科研项目10余项；获得山东省科技进步三等奖1项；发表学术论文60余篇，SCI/EI收录35篇；申请专利软著60余项，已授权40项。

（二）研究生培养

自2018年首次招生以来，所有研究生全都在攻读学位期间获得一等学业奖学金或者连年获得一等学业奖学金，部分研究生获得国家奖学金、山东省优秀毕业生、山东省优秀硕士学位论文、山东省研究生学术创新奖，几乎所有研究生发表SCI论文至少1篇，除部分研究生考取国家公务员和事业编制外，其余全部考取985/211重点高校继续攻读博士学位。
